Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c flour
  • 1 1 /4 c firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/3 c shortening
  • 1/3 c peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 24 mini peanut butter cups

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredient except pb cups.

  2. Beat on low until moistened.

  3. Beat 2 min on medium.

  4. Fill 24 muffin ups 2/3 full. Press in 1 pb cup until candy is even with the batter.

  5. Bake at 350 for 18-28 minutes.

  6. Cool 5 minutes, then remove from pan.
