Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c flour
- 1 1 /4 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c milk
- 1/3 c shortening
- 1/3 c peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 24 mini peanut butter cups
Directions

Combine all ingredient except pb cups.

Beat on low until moistened.

Beat 2 min on medium.

Fill 24 muffin ups 2/3 full. Press in 1 pb cup until candy is even with the batter.

Bake at 350 for 18-28 minutes.

Cool 5 minutes, then remove from pan.
