Candy Bar Cookies

Ingredients
- Cookie;
- 3/4 c powdered sugar
- 3/4 c softened butter
- 2 tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- Filling;
- 28 caramels
- 1/4 c whipping cream
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 c chopped pecans
- Glaze:
- 1/2 c chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 c pecan halves (optional)
Directions

at over to 325.

floured surface roll half of dough to 12 × 8.

Cut into 2 in. squares.

Bake for 12-16 minutes. Cool

Filling:

Combine caramels, whpping cream and butter.

Cook over low, stirring frequently, utnil melted and smooth.

Remove from heat.

Stir in 1 powdered sugar and pecans.

Spread 1 tsp on each cookie.

Glaze:

Combine chips, whipping cream and butter.
-
Cook on low until melted and smooth.
-
Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar and vanilla.

Spread over cookies.
