Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 (8oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- Topping:
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Beat eggs, add cheese in small amounts, sugar and almond extract. Mix well; put into 9-inch glass pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Take pie out and turn oven down to 300 degrees, wait until center of pie falls or settles. Add toppling and bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes.
