Orzo with Green Beans and Walnuts

Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. ready-to-cook green beans, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. red curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 cup toasted chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper strips
Directions
- Cook orzo according to package directions; drain well.
- Microwave green beans 4 minutes on 100 percent power. Let stand 2 minutes and drain.
- In a large bowl, mix vinegar, oil, honey, curry powder, garlic powder and salt. Add orzo, green beans, walnuts and bell pepper strips; toss to coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
