Ingredients
- 4 large or 6 regular size tomatoes, cut into chunks or wedges
- 1 to 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions
- Place tomatoes in a large casserole.
- In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Dot mixture on top of tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
