Ingredients
- 8 ears sweet corn
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tbsp minced basil
- 2 tbsp minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

Place corn in a stockpot; cover with cold water. Soak 20 minutes; drain. Peel back husks to within 1 inch of bottoms; remove silk.

Mix butter, basil, parsley and salt; spread over corn. Rewrap corn in husks; til with kitchen string.

Grill corn, covered, over medium heat, 25-30 minutes or until tender, turning often. Cut string and peel back husks.
