- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- puff pastry, thawed

Set oven to 375. Mix sugar and cinnamon. On a floured surface, roll one sheet puff pastry into an 11×8-in rectangle. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar to within 1/4 inch of edges.

From short sides, roll up jelly-roll style toward center. Wrap in plastic; freeze 10 minutes. Repeat. Cut into 1/2-inch slices; place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
