Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Dutch cocoa
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together powdered sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt.
- Add egg whites and walnuts to dry mixture stirring with a spoon. If too wet add more powdered sugar. Mix well.
- Form dough into 1/2 inch balls and drop onto parchment lined baking pans, about an inch apart. Bake 16 to 19 minutes. Cool in pans a few minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
