Ingredients
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp Panko
- 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 4 kaiser rolls
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayo
Directions

In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper. In two other shallow bowls, place egg and mixed breadcrumbs.

Cut pork into four slices; pound each to 1/4 inch thick. Dip each side in flour; shake off excess. Dip in egg, then in crumbs; pat to help adhere.

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook pork 2-3 minutes per side. Serve on buns. Add toppings if desired.
