Anchovy Dressing

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 anchovy fillets, chopped

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bottle, cover and shake well. Serve with sliced tomatoes or mixed greens.

  2. makes 1/2 cup
