Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oil, preferably olive
- 1/4 cup minced parsley
- 4 anchovy fillets, minced
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. red-wine vinegar
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- Fresh-ground pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients until well blended. Use to marinate drained cooked broccoli, green beans, Brussel sprouts, hominy, kidney beans or other cooked dried beans.
