Tilapia with Mustard Sauce

Original Recipe called for Catfish — I just layered the Tilapia to make it 1/2 inch thick

Ingredients
- 8 fresh or thawed Tilapia fillets, layered to 1/2 inch thickness
- 2 to 3 T. Dijon-style mustard
- 4 lemon wedges
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 T. chopped fresh chives or green onions
Directions

Preheat the broiler

Coat the rack of a broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside

Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Place fillets on the broiler pan rack.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread mustard on top of fillets.

Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

Place each fillet on a plate with a lemon wedge.

Sprinkle with pecans and chives.
