Ingredients
- 12 oz. blueberries
- 3 Tbsp. honey, divided
- 6 Tbsp. almond milk or regular milk, divided
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 10 oz. strawberries
Directions
- Place blueberries, 2 Tbsp. honey and 4 Tbsp. milk in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses (10 oz. minimum). Freeze until hard (about 1 hour).
- Spoon yogurt on top of the frozen blueberry layer. Smooth tops. Freeze until solid (about 1 hour).
- Place strawberries, 1 Tbsp. honey and a2 Tbsp. milk in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour on top of yogurt layer. Freeze until hard (about 1 hour). To serve, remove from freezer and let soften about 15 minutes.
