Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups shredded napa cabbage
- 1 orange
- 1/2 cup julienned jicama
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp gingerroot, grated
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- Dash of pepper
Directions

Combine cabbage, segments from the orange, and jicama. Whisk canola oil, vinegar, sugar, ginger, soy sauce and pepper. Add to cabbage mixture.
