Ingredients
- 3/4 cup orzo
- 1 sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups corn
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
Directions

Cook orzo as directed. Saute red pepper and onion in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add corn, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; cook and stir until tender. Add drained pasta.
