Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 lb fresh green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp minced fresh savory
- 1 1/2 tsp minced chives
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

Saute red pepper in canola oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Stir in green beans, water, savory, chives and salt. Cover and simmer 8-10 minutes.
