Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb bulk pork sausage
- 1 cup barbecue sauce, divided
- 16 Hawaiian sweet rolls, split
- Optional toppings: lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes and red onion
Directions

In a bowl, mix ground beef and sausage lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 16 1/2-inch thick patties.

Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4-5 inches from heat 3-4 minutes on each side; brush with 1/4 cup sauce during the last 2 minutes or cooking. Serve on rolls with remaining sauce and toppings of choice.
