Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 Tbsp. Confectioners' sugar
- 1 Angel Food Loaf cake (home-made or bought)
- 1 pint whipping cream
Directions
- Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Add hot water. Beat egg yolks with sugar and add to chocolate mixture; cool.
- Break cake in chunks in oblong cake pan. Whip cream. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add whipping cream and egg whites to cooled chocolate mixture and pour over broken cake. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
