Ingredients
- 3 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground chipotle pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 9 cups torn romaine
- Optional toppings: avocado, cheddar cheese, tomato, green onions, and ranch salad dressing

In a bowl, mix seasonings; rub over chicken. Place in slow cook. Add broth. Cook, covered, on LOW 3-4 hours.

Remove chicken; cool slightly. Shred. Serve on romaine with toppings.
