Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup 2-inch lengths vermicelli
- 1/3 cup blanched almonds, chopped
- 1 cup regular rice
- 2 cans (10 1/2 oz.) onion soup, undiluted
Directions
- Melt margarine In nonstick saucepan; add vermicelli, almond and rice. Stir over medium het until mixture is golden.
- Heat soup to boiling and add to rice combination.
- Cover and simmer for about 25 minutes.
