Almond Oatmeal Granola

Ingredients
- 5 cups uncooked old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup sweetened coconut
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried tart cherries
- 1/2 cup almond oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In large mixing bowl combine almond oil, honey and cinnamon; add to oats mixture and stir well.
- Spread granola in a greased baking pan. Bake 1 hour. stirring every 10 minutes.
- Cool and store in an airtight container. Serve with yogurt, fresh fruit or skim milk.
