Ingredients

• 1 3/4 butter cube
• 1 cup Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 2 1/4 c flour
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

1. bake 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees

2. cream butter and sugar

3. blend egg and vanilla

4. add flour sifted with bs and bp and salt

5. Can cool, roll in balls dip in Sugar and put on ungreased baking sheet (pressing down in the middle with a fork).. OR roll into 1/2 inch thick flat and use cookie cutters.

6. I have also dipped them in powdered sugar and cinnamon mixed.
