Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 11 oz. can mandarin oranges with juice
- Frosting:
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 9 oz. container Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Cut oranges in small pieces and mix with cake mix, eggs and oil. Put into 3 round pans and bake for 35 minutes.

Frosting:
- Whip cream; add Cool Whip, pudding mix, pineapple, coconut and vanilla. Frost the cake layers; stack together and store in refrigerator for 3 days before serving.
