Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 1/4 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 cup angel flake coconut
Directions
- Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy.
- Gradually add confectioners’ sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in almond extract and coconut.
- Allowing 1/2 Tbsp. batter for each cookie, drop on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake in a preheated 275 degree oven about 15 to 20 minutes.
