Baked Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • Bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Cut hearts into quarters and squeeze dry.

  2. Place in an 8 × 8 baking dish.

  3. Mix mayonnaise and parmesan together and spread over pieces. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dot well with butter.

  4. Bake 30 minutes at 350 or until light brown.
