American Berry No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip whipped topping
  • thawed, divided
  • 1 Honey Maid Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.) Strawberry halves and blueberries

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blender. Gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Spread Cool Whip over top. Arrange berries in rows to resemble flag.
