Apple Glazed Beets

Ingredients

  • 3 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) sliced beets
  • 2 Tbsp. apple jelly
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. In large sauce pan, cook beets in their juice until heated through; drain well. Melt jelly and butter in saucepan. Stir through; drain well. Melt jelly and butter I’m saucepan. Stir in vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss beets with jelly mixture.
