Ingredients
- 3 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) sliced beets
- 2 Tbsp. apple jelly
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
- In large sauce pan, cook beets in their juice until heated through; drain well. Melt jelly and butter in saucepan. Stir through; drain well. Melt jelly and butter I’m saucepan. Stir in vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss beets with jelly mixture.
