Applenut Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • Dash salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a medium bowl beat together egg and sugar. Add flour mixture and blend well.
  3. Fold in chopped apples, walnuts and vanilla.
  4. Turn into grease 1-quart casserole. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
