Applesauce Glazed Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. boneless pork loin Roast (double loin, rolled and tied)
- 1 1/2 cups applesauce
- 3/4 cup red currant jelly
- 4 tsp. Wyler's Beef-Flavor Instant Bouillon or 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
Directions
- Insert meat thermometer so bulb is in the center of the thickest part of roast. Place roast on rack in shallow pan.
- Roast at 325 degrees uncovered about 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees.
- Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves, about 5 minutes.
- Baste roast with about 1/3 of sauce during last 30 minutes of roasting. Serve remaining sauce warm with meat.
