Apricot Curry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 12oz. can apricot nectar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder (or more)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients, and bring to a boil stirring occasionally.

In a small bowl, blend cornstarch and cold water. Add to sauce.

Bring sauce to a boil and boil 2 minutes until thickened.
