Apricot Mince Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can (1 lb.) mincemeat
  • 1 can (12 oz.) apricot cake and pastry filling
  • 1 9 inch top and bottom pie crust

Directions

  1. Combine mincemeat and apricot filling. Pour into pie shell, cover with top crust.

  2. Bake 50 minutes at 425 degrees.
