Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned into cup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tsp. double-acting baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- milk
- apricot preserves
Directions

Put first 4 ingredients in bowl and cut in butter until fine crumbs are formed.

Break eggs into 8 oz. measuring cup and fill with milk. Add to first mixture and stir with fork to form soft dough. Turn out on lightly floured board and knead a few turns.

Roll out to aa rectangle 1/4 inch thick, and with floured knife, cut 2 1/2 inch squares. Put 1/2 tsp. apricot preserves in center of each square and fold over to form a triangle.

Put on ungreased baking sheet and bake in hot oven (425 degrees) about 12 minutes.
