Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. finely minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions

Braise the celery and onion in butter. When soft, smooth in the flour and cook a minute or two to ease the raw taste.

Then smooth in the peanut butter, following with chicken broth and cream. B ring to just a boil. Season with salt and pepper, id desired, garnish with a few peanuts.
