Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 10oz. pkg. frozen artichokes
- 8 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 peppercorns
- pinch of thyme
- pinch of fennel seeds
- pinch of coriander seeds
- 1 small bay leaf
Directions

In large, heavy skillet, cook artichokes in boiling water for 5 minutes, or until they are separated. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool in cooking liquid. Serve artichokes with 4 Tbsp. liquid.
