Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichokes, drained
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, mashed with a pinch salt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 scallion, chopped
- Hot pepper to taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with French bread slices or pita chips.
