Apple Cider Vinegar Turkery Breast

Ingredients

  • 1 7 lb. frozen turkey breast with bone
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Wesson oil
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. cracker black pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup dried parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • Reynolds baking bag (smaller size)

Directions

  1. Mix liquid together and pour over turkey breast. Rub spices over and under the skin, and into the cavity of the breast.

  2. Pour flour into baking bag. Place turkey breast into baking bag and pour remainder of liquid over top of turkey. Cut five slits in top of baking bag and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
