Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, chopped fine
- 8 oz. sunflower seeds
- 8 Tbsp. slivered almonds
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles, uncooked
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 8 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1 tsp. accent (optional)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar

Brown almonds and seeds in butter, (don’t burn); set aside. Mix cabbage and onions in bowl with sugar, oil, accent, salt and vinegar. Mix together and let sit 2 hours; just before serving; add seeds, almonds and noodles.
