- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- Pimiento strips
- 5 asparagus tips
- Toast triangles

Spread toast with mayonnaise.

Chop egg yolks and whites separately. Arrange the chopped egg white and the chopped egg yolk in alternate rows across toast.

Lay asparagus tips on top. Garnish with pimiento strips.
