Asparagus with Citrus Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 tsp. Mrs. Dash
- lemon pepper
- 2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/2 cup canned Mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut diagonally into 2-inch pieces
Directions

Whisk first 5 ingredients in small bowl until blended. Set dressing aside.

Bring 3 cups water to boil in saucepan. Add asparagus and cook 2 minutes. Drain, plunge immediately into ice water. Transfer to bowl, add dressing and Mandarin oranges. Toss to coat asparagus thoroughly.
