Spicy Cheesy Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 10-12 cups water
- onion powder
- celery flakes
- cayenne pepper
- Salt
- 16 oz. bag wide egg noodles
- 8 oz. Velveeta Mexican cheese
- Jalapeno peppers (optional)
Directions

Boil chicken breasts (with bone and skin) in stock pot 25 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chicken; cool.

Strain and return 10-12 cups of broth to stock pot. Add spices to taste; bring broth to a boil. Add egg noodles; cook 8 minutes.

While noodles cook, debone and skin chicken breasts. Pull chicken into bite-size pieces. Cube cheese.

When noodles are done, add chicken, cheese and jalapeno, if desired. Cover and removed from heat 5 minutes; stir.
