Buttermilk Marinated Wild Turkey Strips

Ingredients

  • Buttermilk
  • Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • Turkey breast
  • Flour
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Peanut oil

Directions

  1. Combine buttermilk and hot sauce to taste. Fillet turkey breasts into strips about three quarters of an inch wide (cut across grain). Marinate in spicy buttermilk overnight.

  2. Remove strips from marinade. Dredge in flour lightly spiced with Cajun seasoning; fry in peanut oil untril brown. Drain on paper towels.
