Ingredients
- 1 lb. medium to large asparagus
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

Peel asparagus spears and cut off and discard bottom 1 inch.

Combine salt and water in a non-aluminum skillet. Cover, place over high heat and bring to a boil. Remove cover. Add asparagus and cook, gently shaking pan, about 5 minutes or until most of the water evaporates. Stir in butter. Transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately.
