Ingredients
- 2 ripe Haas avocados, pitted, peeled, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
Directions

In a food processor, combine avocados, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper; process until smooth.

Transfer to a small bowl and fold in sour cream. Serve immediately.
