Excellent Artichoke Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. pkg. of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 1 14.5 oz. can artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 1 14.5 oz. can chicken broth
  • 1 4 oz. can mild green chilies (optional)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled or heated.

  2. Optional: You can dress it up with a dollop of sour cream and fresh basil with each bowl. You can also stir in a can of crab meat before serving and you will have crab- artichoke soup
