Avocado Senegalese Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. curry powder

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Serve in shallow wide bowls.
