Ingredients
- Rice
- 1 lb. rice, cooked
- 2 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 TBSP butter oil (clarified butter)
- 2 TBSP red onion, diced
- 1/2 TBSP garlic, minced
- 2 TBSP green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup carrots, diced
- 8 oz. cabbage, diced
- Seasoning
- 1 TBSP granulated onion
- 1 TBSP salt
- 1 tsp. ground garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions
- Saute vegetables (carrots, onion, cabbage, etc.) in butter oil or clarified butter
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and seasoning to taste.
