Ingredients
- 11/2 quarts Water
- 11/2 Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 11/2 oz Spanish Onion
- 4 oz Heavy Cream
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 pinch Pepper
- 6 oz Leeks
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil/Canola Blend
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Vegetable Stock Powder
- 1 tbsp Chives,minced
Directions
- In the olive oil, saute leeks, onions and granulated garlic until tender.
- Add potatoes. cook for 30 min.
- Add butter and cream, reduce.
- Add vegetable base to water.
- Add in all the liquids and spices.
- Cook for an additional 30 min.
