Ambrosia Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, well drained
  • 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pkg. (reg. size) vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1/2 cup angel flake coconut
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1/4 cup angel flake coconut

Directions

  1. Chop orange segments. Blot orange pieces and pineapple between paper towels to remove moisture.

  2. In medium bowl; combine milk and pudding mix well. Fold in 1 cup cool whip. Add coconut, pineapple, and oranges. Pour into crust.

  3. Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with 1/4 cup coconut. Chill until firm.
