Ingredients
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, well drained
- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pkg. (reg. size) vanilla instant pudding
- 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
- 1/2 cup angel flake coconut
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- Topping:
- 1 cup cool whip
- 1/4 cup angel flake coconut
Directions

Chop orange segments. Blot orange pieces and pineapple between paper towels to remove moisture.

In medium bowl; combine milk and pudding mix well. Fold in 1 cup cool whip. Add coconut, pineapple, and oranges. Pour into crust.

Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with 1/4 cup coconut. Chill until firm.
