Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ⅓ cup Chardonnay or Champagne vinegar
- ⅓ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Zest from 11/2 lemons
- 11/4 cups olive oil
- Kosher salt, to taste
- black pepper, fresh ground, to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until blended. Slowly add in olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Allow to sit in the fridge overnight for the best flavor.
- Alternatively, combine all ingredients but salt and pepper in a blender and mix until blended. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, to taste. Allow to sit in fridge overnight for best flavor development.
