Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil blend
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 sprig rosemary (chopped)
Directions
- Steam potatoes for 20 minutes
- Combine oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, rosemary, and potatoes.
- Place on a sheet pan with rack and bake in 350° oven until golden brown.
